You also have the option to receive complimentary gift wrap each time you place an order with Zic & Cha Cha. Simply be sure to check, the complimentary gift wrap box when choosing your selection. Your boxers will be delicately wrapped in a tissue, come in a pretty box and neatly tied with a ribbon. All orders are gift wrapped and delivered to your chosen delivery address. are Zic & Cha Cha boxers machine washable?
Our boxers are made of the most comfy and unique fabrics. Most are machine washable and only get more and more comfy each time you wash them. But, as always, be sure to follow the detailed care instructions on the labels to get the most long lasting boxers.

when do i get my boxers?
You will receive your order in five to seven business days from the date your order was placed. If you' re in a hurry, you can easily expedite your shipping for an additional charge. For rates, please check out or shipping page.
For overnight delivery, your order must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11AM Pacific Standard Time. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11 pm PT through Friday 12 PT will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed Friday after 12PM PT and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. Sorry, we can't overnight to Alaska, Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, we will use First Class mail through the US Postal Service. **For all monogrammed boxers, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. It takes time to delicately stitch and personalize your boxers.
To guarantee delivery, please give us the proper and complete addresses. There is one delivery charge per delivery address. Also, make sure to give us a daytime phone number just in case we need to contact you.

We hope that you love your new boxers, but if for any reason our undies didn't do it for you, you may return or exchange your boxers within 30 days. Boxers must be returned in the same condition as they were sold in along with the original receipt. Please keep in mind, any used or worn items cannot be returned.
