We truly believe in our product, and know that our boxers will make your bedtime a little more - ehem interesting. But, if for any reason, our boxers shorts aren't doing it for you, simply return them to us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned along with the receipt, and/or corresponding order number. Please submit your return request to Zic & Cha Cha Returns at hey@zicandchacha.com notifying us of the return and he reason for the return. We're all about customer service, so please, feel free to be brutally honest. If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know!

Once we receive the package, we will contact you by phone to process an exchange or refund for the merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We must receive the package within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us, including any shipping fees. Please be sure to insure your item.
