orders
This stuff is sooo borring.. but here goes... for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. But due to inventory and packaging requirements, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages. But we'll surely let you know if that is the case.
order acceptance
Just so you know...orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address that you give us. We retain the right to treat items ordered as separate orders.

Yep, its true, promotions and sales are not valid together. Only one promotion can be used in a single order.
returns
Boxers boxer boxers.. need to return them? We stand by our boxers 100% & will happily accept returns if they are unused. Refunds will be made by the original payment method. On returning goods where you received a discount, the offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount threshold. Items are returned to Zic & Cha Cha at your own expense.
